Strategic Partnership Initiative

Strategic Partnership Initiative
In partnership with Gap, Inc., Ubisoft and Wells Fargo, First Graduate proudly announces the launch of its Strategic Partnership Initiative. The goals of the Strategic Partnership Initiative are to create rich collaborations with corporations to ensure that more of San Francisco's young people become the first in their families to graduate from college, and also graduate ready to launch meaningful careers. Thus radically changing the trajectory of their lives, their families, their communities and, in the process, creating a richer, more diverse talent pipeline for the area's employers. The goal is to create partnerships that not only affect our students but also give partner organizations and their employees a concrete means to create lasting positive change in the community in which they operate.

Each strategic partner has committed to investing resources, employee expertise and internship opportunities. To learn about how your business can get involved, contact Laura Brief.

Schools
First Graduate works closely with five local schools to recruit the 25-30 new students who join the program annually. They include four public schools and one public charter school.

Horace Mann Middle School
James Lick Middle School
Marina Middle School
Roosevelt Middle School
KIPP San Francisco Bay Academy

The Bay School of San Francisco is also a key collaborator that allows First Graduate to use its space to run summer academic and after-school program activities.

Youth & Non-Profit Organizations
First Graduate partners with several local youth and nonprofit organizations in the Bay Area to organize events and deliver services to our students.  To learn more about how your organization can get involved, contact Anthony Mickens.
